How usage pricing works
Two simple rates. You only pay when you use it.
Charged when a recording is transcribed. A ten-minute dictation costs 60 cents to turn into text you can verify word by word.
Charged once when you generate a document, based on the length of the transcription. Download or re-download the finished file as many times as you like at no extra cost.
Credits are prepaid and there is no minimum top-up. In a team, everyone draws from one shared pool the owner tops up.

Is there a free trial?
You can create an account and see VoxVersa fill your own templates from a real recording before you top up. You only pay once you start processing your own work.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Processing pauses until you top up. Nothing is lost, and there is no minimum amount you have to add.
Can I move from Solo to a team later?
Yes. You keep your personal space and add a team alongside it, bringing your templates across and sharing a credit pool. Nothing is lost or converted.
How is Enterprise different?
Enterprise adds governance, Australian data residency, single-tenant deployment, single sign-on and EHR document exchange, with pricing shaped to your organisation.
