How usage pricing works
Two simple rates. You only pay when you use it.
Charged when a recording is transcribed. A ten-minute dictation costs 70 cents to turn into text you can verify word by word.
Charged once when you generate a document, based on the length of the transcription. Download or re-download the finished file as many times as you like at no extra cost.
Credits are prepaid and there is no minimum top-up. Teams can use one shared pay-as-you-go pool or choose predictable per-seat billing. Enterprise commercial terms are agreed with the organisation.
Common questions
Is there a free trial?
Solo includes 15 transcription jobs, 10 generated documents and 2 custom templates every month, with no card required. Team includes one shared starter evaluation with the same shared caps for 14 days; its clock begins with the workspace’s first processing, not when the account is created.
What limits apply to included usage?
Included transcription jobs are limited to 30 minutes each and 180 audio minutes in total per allowance period. An included document can use a source transcript of up to 6,000 words. A Team starter evaluation is shared by up to three distinct processing participants; invitations do not create extra allowances.
What happens if I run out of credits?
New processing pauses when an allowance or shared Team evaluation ends and there are no credits or active seats. Existing work remains accessible, and there is no minimum amount you have to add.
What are pay-as-you-go credits charged for?
Credits are debited for transcription at $0.07 per audio minute and document generation at $0.60 per 1,000 source words. Template-building and live-preview utilities are not charged per call; after the included allowance they require a funded workspace or an eligible Team seat and remain rate- and duration-limited.
Can I move from Solo to a team later?
Yes. If you start in Solo, adding Team keeps your personal workspace and lets you copy the templates and clinician profiles you own. If you start with Team, VoxVersa creates only the shared Team workspace—there is no separate personal workspace or personal billing account.
How is a Team workspace billed?
$119 per billable processing seat each month, or $89 per seat per month when billed at $1,068 per year. A Team workspace can instead stay pay-as-you-go with one shared credit pool. Billing never grants clinical or governance authority.
Who counts as a billable Team seat?
An accepted, active member counts only while they have a current processing responsibility—clinical documentation, document preparation or queue coordination—or a current controlled-template author appointment. Pending invites and people limited to administration, review, approval or audit do not count.
How is Enterprise different?
Enterprise adds commissioned identity and record-system integrations, central evidence exports, large-scale administration, contractual support and deployment commitments. Clinic workflow controls such as reviewed templates remain configurable in Team and Enterprise.
