Two kinds of work. Two ways to pay.

Australian dollars (AUD). Prices, credit balances and invoices are all AUD, and one credit is one Australian dollar of usage. If your card was issued outside Australia you still pay the AUD amount, and your bank converts it at its own rate, so your statement may show a slightly different figure and a foreign transaction fee.

A Team workspace is free for 14 days, for everyone in the practice, with no card. The clock starts the first time you send something through rather than when the account is created, so you can set up your templates, clinicians and people first. Solo is not a trial at all: it stays free within a monthly allowance of 15 transcription jobs, 10 generated documents and 2 custom templates.

The Solo monthly allowance limits each included recording to 30 minutes and 180 audio minutes in total, and an included document to a source transcript of 6,000 words. The 14-day Team trial does not count your work against a monthly item allowance. It has fair-use ceilings on recording length, total audio and the number of people processing, set well above a normal fortnight in a clinic, and you are told at the point you would reach one rather than asked to ration ahead of time. One trial per owner: opening a second workspace does not create a second trial.

Compare an ordinary month, not your busiest or your quietest. A dictated letter costs about A$0.48, so a seat at A$89 a month works out cheaper from around nine letters a working day, and paying per use is cheaper below that. Two things tip it further towards paying per use: months you do not work at all cost you nothing, and there is no year to commit to. Two things tip it towards a seat: an ambient or telehealth consult carries about five times the audio of a dictated letter, and a flat bill is easier to plan. You are not locked in either way, and every charge is itemised so you can check the answer against your own months.

New processing pauses when a monthly allowance or the Team trial ends and there are no credits or active seats. Everything already made remains accessible. The smallest top-up is A$10.

Credits are debited for transcription at A$0.07 per audio minute and document generation at A$0.60 per 1,000 source words. One credit is one Australian dollar of usage. Template-building and live-preview utilities are not charged per call; after the included allowance they require a funded workspace or an eligible Team seat and remain rate- and duration-limited.

Yes. If you start in Solo, adding Team keeps your personal workspace and lets you copy the templates and clinician profiles you own. If you start with Team, VoxVersa creates only the shared Team workspace—there is no separate personal workspace or personal billing account.

A$119 per billable processing seat each month, or A$89 per seat per month when billed at A$1,068 per year. Subscribing part-way through the 14 free days costs you nothing extra: the first payment is taken on the day the trial would have ended. The exception is the last two days, when the plan starts straight away and so does billing, because a card cannot be held that briefly. Until you subscribe, a Team workspace runs on one shared credit pool at the same per-use rates as Solo, so a practice that only documents occasionally can stay there indefinitely. Most practices are past the point where a seat is cheaper. Billing never grants clinical or governance authority.

An accepted, active member counts only while they have a current processing responsibility—clinical documentation, document preparation or queue coordination—or a current controlled-template author appointment. Pending invites and people limited to administration, review, approval or audit do not count.

Enterprise adds commissioned identity and record-system integrations, central evidence exports, large-scale administration, contractual support and deployment commitments. Clinic workflow controls such as reviewed templates remain configurable in Team and Enterprise.
