VoxVersa provides transcription services where audio dictations from various professionals are transcribed into text. Users can create templates that define the formatting of the transcribed documents. Our AI then processes the raw transcription text into a formatted document ready for download based on the selected template.

4. User Accounts and Registration

• Account Creation: Users must create an account to use our services. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
• Age Restrictions: There are no specific age restrictions for creating an account, but users must comply with applicable laws regarding age and consent.

5. User Responsibilities

• Acceptable Use: Users must use our services for legitimate business purposes. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:
  • Creating, uploading, or distributing any content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, harassing, threatening, abusive, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Engaging in any activity that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringing on the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party.
  • Distributing viruses, malware, or any other harmful software intended to damage or disrupt the operation of any software, hardware, or network.
  • Engaging in activities that could interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services or the data contained therein.
  • Using the services to conduct any form of unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, spam, junk mail, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation.

• User-Generated Content: Users are responsible for the content they upload and ensure it does not violate any laws or regulations.

• Third-Party Services: We use third-party services such as OpenAI for Whisper and ChatGPT. User files are not retained and are deleted upon user request. We do not read or use user files for any purpose other than providing the requested service.

• Service Fees: VoxVersa is a usage-based paid service. Users top up their accounts in advance and pay for the services as they use them.
• Refund Policy: Due to the inherent limitations of AI transcription, we do not guarantee perfect accuracy. Refunds will be considered for instances where the output is completely nonsensical or unusable. Minor inaccuracies are expected and do not qualify for refunds.

8. Intellectual Property

• User Ownership: Users retain ownership of their content at all times. VoxVersa does not claim any rights to user-generated content.
• Content Use: Users grant VoxVersa the right to use their content solely for the purpose of providing the requested services.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Accuracy Disclaimer: VoxVersa does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of transcriptions for any professional purposes. Users must review and verify the output before use.
• Human Supervision: Our service is intended to assist, not replace, human operators. Users must ensure human supervision and validation of the transcriptions.

10. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless VoxVersa and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to the user's use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

11. Termination

VoxVersa reserves the right to terminate or suspend a user's account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Users may also terminate their account at any time by contacting customer support.

12. Changes to the Terms

VoxVersa reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes via email or through a notification on our website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
